Notice of Proposed Material Amendments to the Cashel Town & Environs
Draft Development Plan 2009 – 2015
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 12(7) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 as amended and Article 13(g) of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 – 2006 that Cashel Town Council & South Tipperary County Council being the Planning Authorities for Cashel Town & Environs propose to make Material Amendments to the Draft Cashel Town & Environs Development Plan 2009 – 2015 and the Draft Environmental Report.
A copy of the proposed Material Amendments may be inspected during the period Monday 23rd February 2009 – Tuesday 24th March 2009 during the hours 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 pm. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays at the following locations:-
- Cashel Area Office, Aras Chaiseal Mumhan, Friar Street, Cashel.
- Library, Friar Street, Cashel.
- Cashel Website www.casheltc.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposed Material Amendments to the Cashel Town & Environs Draft Development Plan 2009 – 2015 and the Draft Environmental Report are hereby invited from members of the public and other interested parties. Submissions may be made during the period Monday 23rd February 2009 – Tuesday
24th March 2009 by:
- Making a formal written submission to the Town Clerk,
Cashel Town Council, Civic Offices, Friar Street, Cashel, Co. Tipperary
- Making a submission via email to tclerk@casheltc
All submissions to be clearly marked “Submissions on Draft Cashel Town & Environs Development Plan 2009 – 2015”.
All submissions lodged within the above period will be taken into consideration before the making of the Cashel Town and Environs Development Plan 2009-2015.
